Planning around rapidly changing assets can be especially challenging. Intellectual property is becoming an increasingly important asset and with positioning and valuation being especially challenging. Digital assets cover a wide and rapidly growing field ranging from cryptocurrencies to NFTs. Our panelists will help you sort out both the landscape as well as share best practices for handling.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Members are our most valuable asset. As such, for the 2021/2022 season we ask that attendees at a Fox Valley Estate Planning Council meeting/event be either fully vaccinated by the date of the meeting/event or have a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours prior to the meeting/event. The FVEPC Board, at it's sole discretion, may change this venue to an online meeting if the current state of the pandemic compels them to do so.
